Is the free trial really free? Do I need a credit card?

Yes, completely free. No credit card is required to start. You get 7 days of full platform access and up to 3 RFP document downloads. Nothing renews automatically—when the trial ends you can buy documents one at a time or subscribe to a plan.

What is the difference between Monthly and Yearly?

Both plans give you unlimited downloads, full RFP access, daily alerts and saved search. The Yearly plan costs 20% less than paying month by month, and it supports up to 5 concurrent sessions, which makes it a strong fit for procurement teams.

How many people can use one account at the same time?

On both the Monthly and Yearly plans, up to 5 devices can be logged in at the same time, which works well for small teams sharing one subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your My Subscription page at any time. Once cancelled, you keep full access until your current paid period ends. We do not issue mid-period refunds.

Will I get a reminder before my plan expires?

Yes. We send automatic reminder emails 7 days and 3 days before your plan expires. That gives you enough time to renew before losing access to downloads and alerts.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Not at the moment. Subscriptions are one-time payments processed through Razorpay or PayPal. You will receive expiry reminders and can manually renew from My Subscription whenever you are ready.

Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly later?

Yes. Just go to the Yearly plan and complete checkout. Your current plan is replaced right away and a new Yearly period starts from that date. No waiting required.
